Waltham Forest Community Safety week

Waltham Forest council Community Safety team are holding a week of events 21st-26th Sept - Community Safety in your Neighbourhood. Staff will be holding pop-up events at 228 Chingford Mount Road E4 8 JL.

The aim of the week is to bring residents together, partner agencies and community organisations to raise awareness of community safety issues, strengthen local engagement, promote available support services, and identify future priorities for the area.

Issues that will be the focus of discussion include women's safety, hate crime, youth engagement activities and a celebration of local volunteers and community champions.
